2. Your rights as a data subject

In relation to personal data concerning you, you generally have the following rights against us: the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data. The competent authority is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI).

3. Provision of the website / server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in what are known as server log files, transmitted by your browser. These are: IP address, date and time of the request, content of the request (the specific page), access status/HTTP status code, the volume of data transferred, the website from which the request originates (referrer), browser type and operating system.

The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, on our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation, security and stability of our website. The data are deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless retention is required as evidence. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools (such as Google Analytics). Your usage behaviour is not analysed. Your language choice is not stored in a cookie either; it is carried solely in the page address (/en for the English version). Fonts are served from our own server, so no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external provider.

5. Contacting us and the contact form

If you contact us by email or telephone, the data you provide (including contact details and the content of your enquiry) are stored and processed by us in order to deal with your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry serves to initiate a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, on our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. The data are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed to deal with your request.

If you use the contact form on this website, we process the details you enter there: company, first and last name, email address and your message, as well as your postal address and telephone number where you provide them. These details are stored in our database with the processor Supabase Inc.; the server location used is in the European Union (Frankfurt am Main). We also receive a notification by email, sent via the processor Resend, Inc. (USA); the transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry serves to initiate a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The details are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed to deal with your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

6. AI-assisted features on this website

This website contains features in which your input is answered by an AI language model: the example chat in the module demo on the home page, the prompt test under “Try a module” and the help chat on the help page. When you submit something there, the text you entered is transmitted, together with the conversation so far, to Anthropic PBC, 548 Market Street, PMB 90375, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA, and processed there to generate the answer.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in letting you experience the training before booking and in answering questions about our offering directly. The transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR, which form part of the data processing agreement with Anthropic. Under Anthropic's terms, input transmitted through the programming interface is not used to train their models.

We do not store the content of these conversations permanently; it is processed only for the duration of the respective request. To protect against misuse we limit the number of requests and, for that purpose, briefly hold your IP address in the server's memory – with no permanent storage and no combination with other data; the count is deleted after one hour at the latest and whenever the server restarts. Please do not enter any personal data of third parties or any confidential company information into these fields.

7. Signing up for the Youngster programme

Sign-up for the free Youngster programme takes place through a form on this website. In doing so we process the name and email address of the parent or guardian registering, the child's first name, the stage selected and the consent given. The details are stored in our database with the processor Supabase Inc. (server location European Union, Frankfurt am Main) and serve to set up access to the learning portal; we send a sign-in link to the email address provided for that purpose. We also receive a notification of the sign-up by email via the processor Resend, Inc. (USA). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Because a child's data is processed here as well, sign-up is intended to be carried out exclusively by the parents or guardians (Art. 8 GDPR).

8. Booking and use of the learning portal

Booking courses and using the T-AI-L learning portal involves processing further personal data, including names, contact details and billing details. This processing takes place in the separate booking portal; the separate privacy policy applying there informs you in detail before you submit any data. Section 7 applies to signing up for the Youngster programme, which takes place on this website.

9. External links

Our website links to third-party offerings, among them the partner offering llm-cost.com. When you click such a link you leave our website; data processing on the linked page is governed by the privacy policy that applies there.

10. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar.

11. Currency and amendment of this privacy policy

This privacy policy is currently valid (as at September 2026). Amendments may become necessary as our website and offerings develop further, or as a result of changed legal or regulatory requirements.
