About us
T-AI-L was founded by Jürgen Grabbert in Hamburg. He analyses with purpose and is quick to see the bigger picture. For years he has advised companies on software licensing strategies – from the local mid-sized firm to the global corporation, in contracts ranging from one to a hundred million euros. What AI really costs is a question he knows from both sides of the table: from the invoice and from the use.
His focus is on field-tested strategies that take effect immediately, for everyday work (AI@Workplace) just as much as for company leadership (AI@Strategy). In six intensive months he conceived T-AI-L, developed it and brought it to market.
No seminar room, no marathon of slides and no internal one-size-fits-all mandatory training that is heard in the morning and forgotten by the evening: T-AI-L relies on innovative learning methods directly at the workplace and on new tools that take lasting effect in a short space of time. The shortcut to the-ai-license and to genuine AI literacy, instead of running in a hamster wheel of YouTube, social media and hype newsletters.
Training courses count who took part. We make sure that something really changes at every workplace.
Why the training works
“Write and improve five prompts of your own for a real task” is the exercise for the first learning unit, not the last. Anyone going through the training works the whole time on what is already on their desk.
No video, no slides, no self-study PDF: every learning unit has a tutor in the chat who asks questions and keeps working on your own task. You can try three of them without signing up.
Every learning unit comes with a handout as a PDF, plus a compendium of all practice sheets per category. Those files still belong to your people long after portal access has expired. The online content – learning units, chat tutor and toolbox – ends with the term.
529 learning units in 48 modules, for 29 industries and for roles such as HR, sales, IT, purchasing and legal – plus, if you wish, 7 modules for social media roles. Every department practises on its own cases, not on examples from someone else's industry.
The Art. 4 module, included in every package, ends with a short knowledge check. Everyone who passes gets a participation record with a verification address, and your company also gets a company record for an inspection. The entries stay available for three years.
All modules and industries, the chat tutor, 430 use cases with instructions and templates, the record and the kit for communicating with your staff. The price depends only on the duration. Social media can be added.

This website and the learning portal run at IONOS in Germany; the data in the learning portal is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt am Main). The chat tutor runs via Anthropic in Ireland, with processing also taking place in the USA, on the basis of the standard contractual clauses. What gets transmitted is set out paragraph by paragraph in the privacy policy.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not know who was here – and we do not want to know.
You pay once, by card, SEPA or invoice, for 3, 6 or 12 months. Access ends automatically when the term is over. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that quietly renews.
How T-AI-L is built
One person built T-AI-L in six months with AI tools: website, learning portal, 592 learning units, handouts and film. The map shows which tools are involved and how they work together. That is exactly what your people learn in the training: not trying AI out, but working with it.

What happens while you learn
You send the chat tutor an answer. Before its reply appears, the learning portal works through several steps. Further tasks run at night, and your data only goes where it has to. Here you see all three.
